I'm brand new to BES, but had some help setting it up from a fellow admin (who uses it with GroupWise). It's up and running and works quite well...for about 24 hours. After that, the BES agent process seems to disappear, and mail stops routing to the BBs. I'm not sure where to start looking to nail down the problem but I thought I'd ask if anyone else has run into this issue. The only resolution is to kill the Domino server (it will not shut down, I've waited 45 minutes) and start it again.
